Hello, I'm Kayla!

I am extremely driven and committed to telling meaningful stories in an impactful way that contributes to the growth of the companies I have worked for since the start of my career. The thrill of how powerful storytelling can be and the lasting impact on others is just one of the many reasons I love creating content!

In previous roles I've worked with non-profit organizations to help increase their brand awareness through blog posts, social media presence, and website design. Over the past year, I have worked in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, focusing my efforts on developing employer branding content for my company. Most of my experience is from working with private tech firms (most recently, Starburst), but I am now looking for my next challenge!

Below are the Careers pages, sub-pages, and Company Profiles that I helped to maintain, rewrite, redesign, and revamp to attract new talent. These pages were developed internally, without the assistance of outside agencies, and were a collaborative effort between myself and our Web, Design, Marketing, and HR/Recruiting teams.
